(1) Verify that the rice husker does not operate when turned on, but there is an electric current sound:

Long time unused, belt deformation. Immediately turn off the power, open the rear cover, rotate the belt by hand for a few weeks, and when the belt is flexible, cover the rear cover and restart the instrument.

Belt too loose: Adjust the tensioner to the appropriate position.

Insufficient voltage: Check the voltage.

(2) Check if the husker belt is disconnected. Adjusting the tensioning pulley too tightly can easily cause belt breakage. Adjust the tensioning pulley to the appropriate position;

Injection speed too fast: appropriately slow down the injection speed;

Belt worn: Replace the belt.

(3) During the use of the rice husker, the instrument suddenly stopped rotating, but there was an electric current sound.

The sampling speed is too fast, resulting in the rubber roller being stuck by the rice; Turn off the power, adjust the distance between the rubber rollers to a large one, open the rear cover, rotate the tension wheel on the right side of the instrument in a counterclockwise direction, cover the chassis cover, and then pat the rear chassis with your hand until all the rice grains fall into the hopper

Afterwards, readjust the distance between the rubber rollers to the appropriate distance and restart.

Belt broken: repair the belt. Open the rear hood and check the belt. If the length is sufficient, use a blade to cut a little off both ends of the belt, then use a candle flame (or alcohol lamp) to bake both ends of the belt. After it is completely melted, align it and press it forcefully (it is very hot at this time, please do not

To avoid burns, pinch with your hands and hold for about two minutes. After fastening, use a blade to remove the protrusion to make it smooth and round; If there are cracks, repeat the above operation.

If the length is not enough, please replace the belt with a new one, as described above.

(4) Verify that the rice husker can start normally when turned on, but the rice husking effect decreases and is prone to jamming.

This is because after using the belt for a period of time, the elasticity weakens and the belt becomes longer and looser. At this point, simply open the rear cover and raise the tension wheel position; If it has reached the vertex, the belt can be cut off from the joint, and a small amount can be cut off appropriately. Tighten it according to the above method;
