1. Installation of Rice Mills

The installation of the rice milling machine can be determined according to needs. For machines that do not need to be moved, they should be installed on a cement base. The size of the base is determined by the power of the rice mill. The base size of a high-power rice milling machine can be larger. If the rice milling machine needs to be moved frequently, it can be installed on the same movable base as the power machine.

2. Adjustment of the rice milling machine

When milling rice several times, a certain amount of pressure is required. The higher the pressure, the higher the precision of whitening. If you want to whiten rice in one go, it often leads to an increase in the rate of broken rice due to excessive pressure; If the pressure is low, the grinding is uneven, and the bran is not discharged thoroughly. A good method is to whiten it twice or three times, with high whiteness accuracy, less broken rice, and high rice yield. The adjustment of roller speed is related to the speed and pressure of the rice grains in the milling chamber, and must affect the productivity and quality of the rice mill. Reduce the rotational speed and increase the pressure during the grinding process; The pressure should be low during the second or third cycle, and the speed can be slightly faster. When the moisture content of rice is high or it belongs to powdery grains, the rotation speed should be slower. Therefore, the roller speed should be adjusted according to the product manual and the actual situation. The adjustment of the inlet and outlet gate can adjust the flow rate and control the pressure of the whitening chamber, which directly affects the productivity, whitening accuracy, outlet rate, and power consumption of the rice mill. In actual production, import rams are commonly used to control the appropriate flow rate, and export rams are used to control the pressure of the grinding chamber to meet certain requirements. The adjustment of the gap between the rice knife and the mixing cylinder affects the milling accuracy and rice crushing rate. Therefore, the adjustment of the rice knife should be coordinated with the adjustment of the opening of the inlet and outlet gates. Generally, the inlet gate is opened first, and the grinding accuracy is adjusted using the outlet gate. If the requirements are not met, the rice cutter is adjusted, and then the opening of the inlet gate is rechecked to see if the flow rate can be increased again. After adjusting to meet the requirements, tighten the fixing nut without any arbitrary changes. If it is found that there are whole rice grains mixed in the rice bran during the adjustment of the rice sieve, the rice sieve should be checked for any leakage. If the rice sieve is improperly installed or damaged, it should be reinstalled or repaired. If the damage is severe, a new part should be replaced. If it is not due to improper installation or damage of the rice sieve, it should be replaced with a smaller sieve hole.

3. Operation method of rice milling machine

During the pre processing inspection, it is required that the moisture content of the processed rice should be appropriate, and the rice should not contain hard objects such as iron blocks and stones. The processed rice varieties should be consistent or similar.? After starting the feeding and discharging system, the feeding can only be carried out after the operation is normal. The feed gradually increases from less to more to the rated load. According to the requirements of whitening accuracy, adjust the discharge gate until the rice quality meets the requirements. During operation, close attention should be paid to the operation of the rice milling machine and power machine. When there is a change in the grinding accuracy, it should be adjusted in a timely manner to stabilize the quality of the product. If there is abnormal noise or other abnormalities in the rice machine or power machine, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to use. In case of sudden power outage or other reasons causing blockage of the rice machine during abnormal shutdown, the power source should be cut off and the transmission belt should be loosened; Slowly rotate the belt pulley of the rice mill in both positive and negative directions by hand to discharge the rice grains in the whitening chamber, in order to reduce the load when starting again. When the rice is milled or needs to be stopped during work, the feeding gate should be closed first to allow all the rice grains in the whitening chamber to be discharged
